If you’ve never heard of Constance E. Wills, that’s likely about to change. The Tucson-based entrepreneur has quietly built a business around a single idea, that most decisions run on autopilot until someone stops to examine them, and turned it into a multi-stream operation spanning live speaking, mindset education, mentoring, and media. Here’s what’s known about how she is building the business and where the brand is headed next.
Beauty Beyond The Wall, LLC is a privately held company, and Wills has not publicly disclosed her personal net worth or the company’s revenue figures. What is public is the shape of the business itself: multiple, connected income streams built around a single trademarked framework, which is typically how independent speakers and entrepreneurs in her space scale earnings beyond a single paycheck.
Revenue Stream #1: Speaking
Wills’ highest-visibility income stream is the speaking circuit. She was most recently a featured speaker at the 2026 Leadership Experience Tour on August 8 in Troy, Michigan, presenting “The Right Fit: Purpose, Vision, and the Power of Mindset.” Speaking fees for professionals with a trademarked framework and an established platform typically scale with audience size, event prestige, and repeat bookings, and a well-received appearance like Troy can feed directly into future bookings.
Revenue Stream #2: Mindset Education and Mentoring
Beyond the stage, Wills is developing educational and mentoring offerings centered on her signature Mindset Reset™ Framework and Thought Break™. These offerings extend the principles she shares through speaking into opportunities for deeper reflection, mindset development, and personal transformation.
Revenue Stream #3: Media
Wills has also built out a media presence, hosting A Moment With Constance and co-hosting Choose to Challenge: Mindset Alchemy on e360tv. While media hosting doesn’t always carry the same direct revenue as speaking or other business offerings, it functions as a high-value marketing channel, expanding her audience and reinforcing her authority in a way that supports the rest of the business.
What’s Next: A Scalable Product
The clearest signal of where Wills is taking the business next is The Master Thinker Reset: Change Your Mind, Change Your Life, a new educational program Beauty Beyond The Wall plans to launch by the end of 2026. Structured programs like this can allow entrepreneurs to extend their frameworks beyond individual speaking engagements and one-to-one work while serving a larger audience. It’s a common next step for entrepreneurs in the personal-development space as their frameworks and audiences continue to grow.
The Foundation of the Brand
Wills built her business on a credential most people in her industry don’t have: nearly 35 years working inside the criminal justice system, observing firsthand how decision-making and behavior change shape outcomes. That background underpins Beauty Beyond The Wall’s entire positioning, a company built specifically to help women in midlife and beyond navigate transition, reinvention, and renewed purpose, with a founder whose expertise came from decades of real-world observation rather than theory alone.
